A-Kon has announced that Takahiro Kimura, Character designer for the Sunrise series "Betterman" Has had to cancel his apperance to A-kon. A-Kon's remaining guests include Stan Sakai (Usagi Yojimbo creator), Nov. Takahashi (President of Studio Hard), Yamaoka Shinichi (Character designer - "Pilot Candidate"), Radio Comix & Artists (Publisher Furrlough, Mangafile, Milk!, The Art of Usagi Yojimbo), Steve Bennett (Studio Ironcat) Kyle Hebert (Voice Actor), Tiffany Grant (Voice Actor), Yaya (Cosplayer Supreme) and many more.
A-Kon takes place in Texas from May 31st to June 2nd.
