Nintento bans Unauthorized Pokemon Domains

Nintendo of America has made an appeal to the federal court of Seattle demanding the prohibition of the unauthorized use of the name Pokémon in Internet Domain Names.
Nintendo, which own the trademark to the Pokémon name claims that unauthorized use of the "Pocket Monsters" name in Domain names is illegal and takes unfair advantage of the Popularity of Pokémon.
