Anime channel petition

David Leubner has created an online petition for the creation of an all Anime Channel. "It's always been my dream to have an anime channel," says Mr. Leubner who plans to send the petition to the Sci Fi Channel and Time Warner/Cartoon Network among other once the petition reaches its goal which is currently set at 1500.
