If the Grand Prize winner is a US resident he or she must provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before the Grand Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of a Grand Prize Winner who is a US resident for the actual value of the Grand Prize received. Other restrictions may apply.
