Non Non Biyori VA Kotori Koiwai Accepted Into MENSA
posted on by Lynzee Loveridge
Voice actress Kotori Koiwai wrote on her blog on Wednesday that she was officially accepted into MENSA, a non-profit society for individuals with a high-IQ. Koiwai posted a picture of herself with her ID card on her blog.
MENSA is open to people who score at the 98th percentile (top 2%) or higher on a standardized, supervised IQ or other approved intelligence test.
Koiwai wrote that she had previously received good scores taking online IQ tests and wanted to find out if it was accurate by taking an official IQ test. She wrote that the official test was interesting and recommended others take it, even if it's just for fun.
Koiwai may be best known as the voice of Renge Miyauchi in the Non Non Biyori anime series. She also voices Elaine in The Seven Deadly Sins, Nono Daichi in Aikatsu!, and Kana Altair in Soul Eater Not!
MENSA has groups all over the world. The Japan group has approximately 1,500 members.
