Hunter x Hunter's Gon's Impossible Hair Transforms Into Dangling Earrings

Hunter x Hunter character Gon Freecss is returning in earring form. The Premium Bandai website is offering silver earrings that feature Gon in his transformed form with incredibly long hair, which appears in the Chimera Ant arc in Gon's battle with Neferpitou.
Gon's flowing hair makes up most of the length of the nine-centimeter (about 3.5-inch) earrings. The dangling earrings are available in clip-on and pierced varieties and in both a plated alloy and sterling silver (925 silver).
The plated alloy version of the earrings costs 3,178 yen (about US$29), and the high-end silver version costs 9,999 yen (about US$90). Bandai Premium began accepting pre-orders on Tuesday, and the pre-order period will close on August 5. Orders will ship in September.
Yoshihiro Togashi's Hunter X Hunter manga began its latest hiatus in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine on April 9.
