Hunter x Hunter Manga Goes Back on Hiatus

This year's 18th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine announced on Monday that Yoshihiro Togashi's Hunter X Hunter manga will go back on hiatus for "a little while" starting in the 19th issue on April 9.
In his author's comment in the issue, Togashi apologized for going on hiatus again, and said he'll work hard to be able to return again as soon as possible.
The manga went on hiatus in September, and Togashi announced at the time that he planned to resume the series before the end of the year. The manga then resumed in this year's ninth issue of Weekly Shonen Jump on January 29.
Shueisha published the manga's 35th compiled book volume on February 2. Viz Media released the 34th volume in North America on March 6.
The manga inspired two television anime series; the latest one ran from 2011 until 2014. The manga also inspired two anime films and several original video anime titles.
