Pokémon Pop-Up Boutique Returns to L.A. for Pokémon Day

Los Angeles Pokémon fans can get their hands on some exclusive fashion items starting this Saturday. A pop-up boutique is opening in the Japan LA Pop Culture Shop to celebrate Pokémon Day.
The event includes a Pokémon photobooth, trivia game and prizes, and a churro truck.
Fashion items include the "Rainbow Evolution" line of Eevee evolutions. The line includes a dress, crop top, tank top, and unisex top featuring a black print of Eevee's many forms. Visitors will get a free tote bag with a Pokémon item inside with every US$30 purchase.
The shop will run until March 27.
Pokémon Day celebrations will also take place during a Twitch event that will stream Pokémon discussions, activities, and an animation marathon running until 6 p.m. PT on Sunday.
The Nintendo World Store in New York City will host an event on the same day from 12-3 p.m. ET. GameStop locations will offer a Mythical Pokémon poster with any Pokémon purchase and Toys 'R Us locations will give away special foil Pikachu and Magikarp cards and binders from the new Pokémon TCG: Generations expansion and other goods.
The Japan LA Pop Culture Shop hosted a Pokémon pop-up shop last year to celebrate the shop's nine-year anniversary.
