Man at Arms' Blacksmith Forges Erza Scarlet's Sword & Armor

Blacksmiths Matt and Kerry Stagmer, Ilya Alekseyev, and the Man At Arms: Reforged team recreated Erza Scarlet's sword and armor from the Fairy Tail anime series. The crew starts with 1075, 1095, and W2 steel for Erza's sword. They had to reinterpret some of the technical details of the weapon based on the the anime's design while also making practical improvements.

The group simultaneously makes Erza's armor as well before taking both outside to test out chop, hack, and slice everything in sight.
