Daily Video: Mashup Cover of Madoka Magica Song

Violinist and anime cover artist TAM, along with fellow artists K.M (orchestral arrangement), Pokiko Pokiyama (bass), and Pengin (drums), posted a collaborative video of their cover of the Puella Magi Madoka Magica opening theme song "CONNECT" on the Nico Nico Douga website on Sunday. The video features a mashup of the four performers' videos, which were recorded separately. Japanese female duo ClariS originally released the single for "CONNECT" on February 2, and it debuted at #5 on Oricon's weekly singles chart. The duo also released "Irony," the opening to romantic comedy anime Ore no Imōto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai (Oreimo), last October.
The magical girl anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica is scheduled to resume broadcasting with its final two episodes back-to-back on April 21 in Japan.
