PS3/PSP Haruhi Recreates 'God Knows…' Concert in CG

On Thursday, Bandai Namco Games revealed more details about Suzumiya Haruhi no Tsuisō (The Reminiscences of Haruhi Suzumiya), the "wandering adventure" game that will ship in Japan for the PlayStation 3 and PSP gaming consoles on March 24. As previously announced, the limited-edition Nagato Yuki no Otoshimono Boxes will include video extras on a separate UMD-Video disc (for the PSP version) or on the game disc itself (for the PlayStation 3 version).
The video extras will include a computer-animated recreation of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya television anime's famous "God knows…" live concert scene at the school festival. The video extras will also feature interviews with the main cast of Aya Hirano, Yūko Gotō, Minori Chihara, and others. Bandai Namco posted a promotional video of some of the video extras and other footage last December.
The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya film's animation production committee supervised the game's story, which begins immediately after the ending of the film. The player assumes the role of the protagonist Kyon as he is transported back to the Kita High School Festival in a parallel world where the SOS Brigade does not exist.
