Years ago, Iczer 1 defeated the evil forces of Big Gold, saving the Earth from her monstrous army. But the battle was far from over; Big Gold left many of her progeny still at large in the galaxy. Iczer 1, now protector of the Cthuwulf, has finally tracked down and destroyed all but the mightiest of Big Gold's children - Neos Gold.

At a stalemate, Neos Gold and Iczer 1 withdraw to heal their wounds and regroup for what will have to be their final battle. But Neos Gold doesn't play fair, and invades the Earth to force Iczer 1 to war! Earth's fate suddenly falls into the hands of Iczer 1's younger sister, Iczer 3, who is sent by the Cthuwulf to defend the planet until Iczer 1 can regain her strength.

And now, with the aid of a single Earth battle cruiser and the descendant of Iczer 1's original partner, Iczer 3 is thrust into battle with some of the most bizarre adversaries imaginable. But don't count her out—what she lacks in experience, she makes up for in all out enthusiasm!
