Plot Summary: Kai Kudou is in a world full of conflict, and prejudice. People fear and discriminates Espers for this psychic powers, and only Ashurum, a powerful organization, will take in and protect the Espers. Ashurm, in turn for their sanctuary against the outside world, train the Espers, usually young teens, to become soldiers against “terrorist” but as Kai finds out, there’s more to Ashurum’s intent that meets the eye.
