Trivia:

At around 1:08:33, the sign that says "the sinister machine of Ousai Academy is still in development" appears. The background sound that you can hear is that of a Gundam starting to stand up. This is a reference to the first episode the anime Mobile Suit Gundam.

The first 23 minutes are exactly the same as episode 23 (=OAD 07) from the second season

The movie explains how Tsuda got a Dog suit (Sakura-tan) from episode 24 (OAD 08) and the date between Tsuda and Ranko Hata from episode 25 (OAD 09)
