Trivia:

In episode 12, at about 06:24, Kumiko and her friends are seen looking at a white statue. The statue in question is of Francisco Sforza, the duke of Milan from 1450 to 1466. The statue is based on a design originally created by Leonardo da Vinci. The statue sits outside the Nagoya Congress Centre (名古屋国際会議場) where the national brass band competition takes place annually. The interior and exterior of the centre has been meticulously reproduced by Kyoutou Animation animators.
