The North American DVD release from Sentai Filmworks used portions of the Japanese TV broadcast masters instead of the home video masters. The Blu-ray release however features the Japanese home video masters.
In episode 1, at about 07:39, Naoto is seen trying to fire a shotgun without wearing ear muffs. 8 seconds later, he is seen wearing them. An animation mistake.
In episode 1, at about 21:09, Haruka is seen carrying an orange plastic case. The top cover of the case is labelled with the words “Cardiolife AED”. one second later, she is seen carrying the same bag but with the AED label only. Another animation mistake.
In episode 2, at about 09:11, Toukyou Station master Katamachi is seen standing without a hat. At 10:21 in the same scene, he is seen wearing a hat. Another animation mistake.
