Sailor Moon's Usagi Tsukino

In the above image, an unidentified cosplayer portrays Usagi Tsukino from Naoko Takeuchi's manga Sailor Moon and its anime adaptation (in which the character was named Serena in English). In the series, Usagi meets a talking cat named Luna, who tells her that she is also "Sailor Moon," a magical warrior tasked with protecting the earth and saving the Moon Princess.
The photograph was taken at Otakon 2011, which took place in Baltimore, Maryland from July 29 to August 1.
