Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- Anime Gets 26 Episodes

The official website of Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits-, the television anime of writer Midori Yūma and illustrator Laruha's Kakuriyo Yadomeshi (Afterlife Inn Cooking) light novel series, began listing on Friday that the anime will nine Blu-ray Disc and DVD volumes, with a total of 26 episodes. The first volume will ship on July 3, with one volume shipping every month until March 2019.
The anime will air for two cours (quarters of a year).
The anime will premiere on Monday at 10:30 p.m. on the Tokyo MX channel, and it will then run on KBS Kyoto, BS Fuji, and AT-X. Crunchyroll will stream the anime as it airs in Japan, and Funimation will stream an English dub.
Yoshiko Okuda (animation director for The Perfect Insider, Casshern Sins) is directing the anime at GONZO. Tomoko Konparu (Utano☆Princesama Legend Star, Kimi ni Todoke) is in charge of series composition, and Youko Satou (Saiyuki Reload Blast, Dog & Scissors) is designing the characters. Takurō Iga (Fuuka, Aria the Scarlet Ammo AA) is composing the music, and Flying Dog is handling the music production. Nao Tōyama is performing the opening theme song "Tō no Manimani," and Manami Numakura is performing the ending theme song "Sai -color-."
Yūma launched the novel series in Kadokawa's Fujimi L Bunko imprint in 2015, and Kadokawa published the seventh novel last November. The eighth volume will ship on April 13. As of last October, the series has more than 340,000 copies in print.
Wako Ioka is drawing a manga adaptation in Kadokawa's B's-LOG COMIC magazine and website, and the manga's fourth volume shipped on March 31.
