Instead of the results page, I'm getting "page can't be found".

Regardless, this certainly was a blast from the past.

I actually just re-watched Princess Nine last week. Great show, with an excellent English-language voice cast (the Hilary Haag-Monica Rial dynamic is especially great in this one).

Wow, I have not watched much 90s anime. I was only able to clearly recognize 2 images (DNA2 and You Are Under Arrest). And if I recognize so few of those anime, can they really be considered classic?

Perhaps I should watch more 90s anime, but besides the obvious ones: most of DBZ, Sailor Moon, Evangelion, Escaflowne, Utena, Bebop and Trigun (which I have already watched), is there anything else really worth watching?

Even though I guessed my way through most of them, I got 13 out of 15. I don't know whether to be proud or ashamed of myself Very Happy

First I looked if I could find answers that were definitely NOT correct, either because I knew the show or because I thought 'this design doesn't look Gundam-y' or something. After that, I went with gut instinct.

Got the vampire night detective one putely because of the blinders in the background, and I thought that was a particular detective kind of element Laughing

Proud/ashamed to say I got 13/15 (spoiler[I mixed up the Cyber Team In Akihabara and Saber Marionette J ones]). I've only seen 5/15 of the correct answers, but many are on my PTW list so I at least recognized most since a majority featured main characters. Toughest one for me was the bright blue robot pic with one with all mecha shows for answers because I'd only seen one of the 4 choices and had no clue what the mechs from the other 3 looked like.

It's sort of a gag. We were concerned that saying "obscure" or "forgotten" would result in nothing but cries of "I remember it, so it's not THAT obscure." So we went with "classic" which essentially doesn't mean anything, and the quiz itself is basically a fun goofy exercise in obscura for the "true 90s otaku" out there.

Don't feel bad guys!

I only got 7 of them. And I'd seen several of the ones I got wrong.

People said the first one was too easy, so I let Zac and Jacob make this one, and they're no where near as nice as I am.

And I got 15/15! Though I'll admit I've only watched about half of these, some of them are just unmistakable. Must be all the browsing for DVDs at Fye over the years.

That was fun, would like to see more of these.

Gotcha. I am clearly not a "true 90s otaku". I hope you do a quiz for oughts anime; I will probably do much better with that one.

11 for me

It's not showing a score for me so I had to grade myself. still it was a fun exercise. even if people did complain calling them obscure would have been a better fit.
