His ports and convertions in 3d were amazing, what a freaking shame, R.I.P.

Another unfortunate victim of cancer. Thank you for having an impact on many child/adulthoods.
RIP.

Very sad death from his long battle with cancer. It's also sad that his PSP port of TwinBee will never see the light of day outside of Japan. R.I.P. Mr. Saitō-san. Your excellent ports of Sega's classics were impressive.

Rest in peace, Mr. Saitō. I loved your 3D remakes, and you chose a lot of my favorites of old to remake too.

Goodbye, Mr. Saitou. Your name might not be not really known but now recognised by the world with your work and enthusiasm in the beloved classics, I recently bought 3D Sonic 2. R.I.P.

Wow, this is a surprise. I was just looking into that game last week. Then you get this news. So young. Yet he made quite the contributions. R.I.P. Mr. Saito-san, I may not have known you but I am confident you made many fans happy.
