Looks good. The preview looks solid and the nice cast choices as well. I can't wait for this in Spring!

Cool, something else to add to the growing list of great looking 2016 anime.

Looks cool. I hope they start making more anime with a serious tone like this. It feels like it's been over a decade since.

I've read the manga adaptation of the novel, which has much less characters. It's more of a mind game and less of an action genre, so it's good. And spy drama in older era without 'magical gadget' is indeed interesting.
I'm not sure though just how faithful the manga and this anime adopt the novel.

That Seki PV... Whoa, I'm getting so eager for the coming months!
2016 is a godly-sent year, no doubt...

Every season has serious anime. I think some people either don't notice or forget about them.

Can anyone who has read the novel tell me if this is the kind of story that glosses over stuff like the war crimes the imperial army committed?

I'm really looking forward to this one. Also, the animation style and character designs remind me of Nightraid 1931.

Goodness, Production I.G. If they wanted to make the next Free!, I bet they could outdo KyoAni's numbers. I wish they would one day.
This is looking good though. Just enough tension and excitement for the setting. I'm looking forward to it.

Pein, Kaiba, Lelouch, and the new Yamato Ishida star in this series? Awesome. Considering that each seiyuu has voiced major roles in hit anime, I would say that this could look good on their resumes.
