There's a old saying that I believe still holds true until this day "all light novels are not created equal" and that applies to this one right here. The premise seems sooo wacky that I'll look at it just to see how absurd it can get and I think I'll like it a lot.

More generic than a tsundere's personality traits. But I just might watch this dry-as-a-plywood story, to see how far the Rabbit's Hole goes.

I have read the first three volumes of this light novel, all I can say is...

.....

.........

Get prepared, this is probably one of the most over-the-top, sexually-shameless (yes, even compare to the ones like Testament of Sister Devil; High School DX D etc) light novel out there.

And there is a very good reason this light novel is rated 18+ only in Taiwain region and forbidden in Mainland China (consider they have licensed and printed many fresh-from-Japan light novel titles, even some raunchy ones)



Do you want a unholy love child of High School DX D and Rouge Hero ? You got one now!


Fair warning though, if your tolerance of extreme ( I mean it, this is not for the faint of heart) fanservice is low, avoid this at all costs. If it sounds like your thing, give it try but still be prepared that this LN will exceed your expectation nonetheless (whether that's a plus or not is entirely up to you).

I have to stop at volume 3 because I was afraid it might give me serious brain trauma due to all the wacky sexiness.

Any level higher than High School DxD or Shinmai Maō no Testament is treading pretty close to the Hentai threshold. I guess the question is just how much will the anime work retain, and how it will affect the settings, if those elements play such a big of a role, as you wrote.

P.S.: I just noticed that Hisasi is the illustrator. My interest level just rose Cool

Wow, this description. Japanese otaku are simply amazing. They consume the same stuff over and over again without ever getting bored of it. The perfect customers.

I think the next step the industry should take is not changing the story descriptions at all. They just have to make the current description a bit more generic and they could use it for 90% of all harem light novels that are being turned into anime. Genius! I think I'll publish a description like that under the creative common licence so everyone can use it.

I'll also make a name, character design and title randomizer!

Cool, another Manga/Light Novel I'm was reading about is getting an Anime adaptation. Can't wait.
I see this announcement just happened a week before the Light Novel's 6th Volume is released on October 1st.

If you feel the need to compare. Just based on the Illustrations alone, It's quite similar to Shinmai Maou no Testament.

Sold!! Absolutely watching this now. I mean I though the premise sounded so ridiculous it would probably be amusing so I would have likely watched it anyway, but I'm definitely not missing it now. Those two series are hilarious in a really stupid and fun way.
