You want to say that Simpsons is just a rip-off of Tensai Bakabon.
Tensai Bakabon ended 13 years before Simpsons. It even had 2 anime adaptations before it, and the 3rd started literally 3 weeks after the start of Simpsons.

Seriously the similarities between the two are kind of freaky. I don't know if the Simpson's creators just mined from the same source material (honeymooners, flintstones, etc...) or whether they actually were aware of Tensai Bakabon at all.
