The figures of Devil Homura and Ultimate Madoka are particularly sights to behold.

Okay, I've been meaning to ask:
What are these cool "lottery" prizes we've been getting so many envious articles about?

Are they the prize vending machines in Japan, or a convenience-store promotion, or those promotional rolling-marble lotteries, or...wha? Confused

You usually buy Ichiban Kuji tickets at book stores and convenience stores. But the prizes usually turn up later on the after market.
