Man, I'm having such a difficult time trying to imagine Sono directing a film entitled "Love & Peace". His films are usually so detached and disconcertingly bizarre. Parts of that synopsis almost make it sound like Asano's What a Wonderful World, (what with the failed rock musician and the pet turtle). But that illustration is beautiful; color me intrigued.
