Boku ga Mitakatta Aozora's (BOKUAO) fourth single ‘Suki Sugite Up and down’ is out now! Released Wednesday, November 13, the title song is an upbeat tune with lyrics about the excitement of being crazy in love, when the emotion gets so intense you feel like you could explode. Boku ga Mitakatta Aozora member Yagi Toa, whose videos have accumulated over 12 million views on social media thanks to her amazing dance moves, takes center stage for the fourth time in a row.
The music video tells the story of falling madly in love, expressing the highs and lows of emotion through dance and facial expressions, as the group members dance through the hallways of a school. We even get to see Toa try her hand at wire action for the first time, gliding gracefully and committing her whole body to express that feeling of love so extreme you feel like you're walking on air.
The single also includes ‘Sorairo no Mizushibuki’, which was the theme song for the animated feature film ‘Ganbatte Ikimasshoi’, along with the song ‘My Friends’ that was also used in the film. ‘Sorairo no Mizushibuki’ has lyrics that draw on the movie's plot and an addictive melody that is pure BOKUAO (as their fans call them), while ‘My Friends’ is a youthful song about the importance of friendship and the gratitude we feel for our besties.

Their second single ‘Sotsugyou Made’, released on January 31, 2024, introduced a selection system to allow fans to show support for the group members, which became a talking point among their audience. On August 7, they released their third single ‘Spare no Nai Koi’, which earned their highest CD sales to date. The November 13 release of their fourth single ‘Suki Sugite Up and down’ includes the theme song to the animated feature film ‘Ganbatte Ikimasshoi’, as the group continues to reach ever higher heights.
