Wish I could get the Monogatari sets from Aniplex, they're lush but too far out of my price range at the moment, good job MVM are releasing them (minus lush extras of course) only a couple months later.

That Bubblegum Crisis set is catching my eye as well, a tad expensive for a blind buy though.

Me too. There have been so many great releases this year (hooray!), but that made it impossible for me to fit Monogatari into my budget too (sigh).

How many Monogataris are there? I feel like I'd have to read a few wikis before I'd even start watching the show!

I think it goes...

1. Bakemonogatari (12 episodes)
2. Nisemonogatari (11 episodes)
3. Nekomonogatari Kuro (4 episodes)
4. Monogatari 2nd Season (24 episodes) - this is where they started releasing seasons at 4-5 episodes/piece, so it got too pricey for me to continue
5. Hanamonogatari (5 episodes)
6. Tsukimonogatari (4 episodes)

Thanks! That's actually a clear and straightforward list.

Bakemonogatari was released on TV at 12 episodes, but weren't there an additional 3 episodes released on DVD/Blu-Ray? Or did those 3 episodes overlap with another series.

Otherwise I'd watch in the order listed above. My understanding is that the prequel movie Kizumonogatari (the start of all of this) hasn't been released yet and Tsukimonogatari was just now released.
