Sounds interesting. Never heard of this one before though.

Edit: I'm guessing this is a TV anime for now although it didn't indicate in the article.

There was just a noitamina 2015 announcement conference and they announced like 5 new anime... And posted new trailers...

I'm going as fast as I can! Haha

It was announced during Noitanima Conference 2015, so most likely.

Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, Fairy Tail, Nanatsu no Taizai, Aldnoah.Zero 2nd season, Saenai Hiroin no Sodatekata, Magic Kaito 1412, and The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls. I hope A-1 Pictures aren't spreading themselves too thin in the Winter 2015 season.

They are officially called the "S&M series" by the publisher.

The summary of the novel has some minor mistakes; Saikawa is an assistant professor and it's his study-group (students) that goes to the island. He knows Moe since she was young and she comes along despite not being under Saikawa's (academic) supervision (so they didn't meet on the island for the first time).

It's kinda suprising how immensely popular Subete ga F ni Naru is for adaptation; a manga, a game (by KID), the currently running drama and now an anime.

(Now I hope they do something based on Mori Hiroshi's 100 Years series, with Takayama Minami as Michiru...)

"Synergy, folks, synergy…"

That aside, A-1 Pictures had to have at least one title to do, so a title helmed by Elfen Lied's director will do the trick! Sounds like a nice mystery anime to get into…
