No, it looks like one of the Personas, but you have to get up to about Level 35 to fuse that one. |

Just reminds me of the old Godzilla style movies from the 1960s & 1970s. They must really like that art tower to go with such a effort making it into a giant robot defender toy with animated movie sequence to go along with it.
