This is fairly normal for signed cards in Japan, especially if it's just come out. Give it a little while and it will drop in price.

The SSP Fate Testarossa signed by Nana Mizuki from the 2nd Nanoha movie set in Weiss Schwarz went for about ¥60,000 when it first came out. It's now settled at only ¥19,800. Nana Mizuki tends to command a high price in general, with one of her Symphogear cards still sitting at nearly ¥25,000.

One of the Kancolle cards was ¥30,000-40,000 in week one, but has now dropped to only ¥21,800

Cool I guess, but this isn't that big of a deal, one of my friends who is an anime collector paid 650$ for an out of print 4kids english dubbed pokemon dvd, he paid a couple grand for some of the dvds, but now he has all of the pokemon dvds. He has a steady job and owns about 95% of all the anime realeased in the USA.

He has a youtube channel displaying his collection and weekly pick ups

Ugh, holographs. Reminds us of the runaway gimmick comic collectors of the 90s. Surprised
