Have they finally decided to go with Zestiria after the onslaught of trademarks or is this the start of the European cycle Rolling Eyes

Zestiria? Zesty? Oh, so in this game, you play as the Wonder Chef, seeking out the world's best recipes and then hiding in odd places for days, possibly weeks or months, trying to stave off your own hunger just to wait for that ragtag band of anime tropes who will find you and inherit your hard-earned recipe, which the player may or may not ever cook with.

Coming Summer 2015.

Who am I kidding? I'd buy it! Very Happy

Thats cool. I think they chose the best name out of all the trademarks filed.

I got 1 question thought: What do these titles even mean? For example, I played through all of xillia last month, and I still have no clue what "xillia" means? Can anyone fill me in on that?

Do any of them have any meaning? Maybe we should all take an adventure, Tales of Answers, to find the answer to this question. Not only that it will be an adventure of friendship and heroism!

Maybe it's something like Wings of Honneamise. Gainax has always and still calls it Royal Space Force, but their sponsor (Sony?) said that titles like "[Something] of [something]" would sell better to movie-goers, so they forced Gainax begrudgingly to change it.

Honneamise was bankrolled by Bandai.

It depends on the series Very Happy

Destiny was about the Destiny of the Swordians
Eternia was the name of the world they live in
Symphonia is a play on the word "Symphony" which means "a harmonious combination of elements" which references to the goal of fusing the two worlds together to live as one instead of having one drain the energy of the other and repeating the vicious cycle
Abyss
Vesperia is the name of the guild Yuri and Karol form midway through the game
Xillia is a pun on "Zillion" with an X which references "crossing of paths" referencing Jude and Millia's crossing storylines
Abyss should be straightforward enough

Wink

Thank you! After playing these games for like a decade, I finally know what their names mean~
