As must be said everytime this PSP game is posted...
"Papa to Issho ni Oyasuminasai! Pack" (Sleep With Father! Pack), the limited deluxe edition of the game, will bundle four bath posters, a "pajama party in a 3-meter-by-4-meter (9-foot-by-12-foot) apartment" picture drama DVD, four clear boards, and a life-size (about 90-centimeters-tall or three-feet-tall) Hina "air cushion."

That is a lot of swag. The only recent game I can think of that had that much stuff released in America was The Witcher 2 on PC.

It's just an inflatable doll. It's not anatomical and the clothes are painted on. The only "O" shaped orifice on the toy will be the spout needed to inflate it.

From the looks of it, the air cushion isn't even Hina-shaped. So, it's basically a three-foot pillow with Hina slapped on it and about as sexual as you want to make it.
