Nope, if they're keeping the intro then they're using this theme.

The superior intro. Smile

I'm so pumped. This is hands down the best Sonic game, and I'm glad that more people will finally get a chance to play it.

"Start of the Sonic 4 saga" How is it a saga Sega did not release anything after the first episode?

Sega is making Sonic 4 Episode 2, but the focus is on Sonic Generations right now, which is why there is little info on Ep 2. It is interesting to find out that Sonic 4 is going to base itself around Sonic CD's story, though.

You're wrong on both counts.

Two blatant lies in one post. Way to go, man.Wink

Not always true. But anything--especially Sonic Boom--is better than that rap. Laughing

I call blasphemy on showing the OG Genesis but not using the OG model Sega CD that sat underneath it.

Anyways, day one buy for me. I wasn't a rich kid so the god awfully expensive Sega CD was a system I never owned, making Sonic CD the only 2D Sonic game I never played.

It feels kind of surreal hearing the announcer for The Powerpuff Girls talking about Sonic before PPG (or maybe about the same time, depending on your perception) coming to Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network.
