Finally a school boy anime and not a school girl one I'm sick of those. So I hope this will be refreshing from the norm. Plus the art looks nice. Can't wait until 1PM to watch it. xD
Edit: 26 episode?! If this is good I'm going to die happy. 8D

It is the third show Crunchyroll has announced for this season.
This season the announcements have been coming very close to the time they premiere the first episode.

Quite, three shows out of a possible ten or more, so the majority of the announcements likely lay ahead.
It could well be that by coincidence the shows signed, sealed and delivered early include a slate of those that go to air later, and that some contracts finished nearer the premier have them in a crunch to catch up.
No definite info to base that on, but the You and Me announcement is timestamped as being originally posted at 1am Pacific time, and then edited just an hour before the series went to air. Plus, some members in countries where it is available to subscribing members only (It's North America, UK & Northern Europe, Down Under and South Africa free, everywhere else outside Asia to subscribers only) complained about getting a region restriction message, suggesting that final regional rights may have been finalized only recently.

Well, duh Otaku, meet fujoshi. Fujoshi, meet Otaku, now shake hands.
Besides, there's always a fair amount for the girls every season

Not that I'm not guilty of indulging in bishoujo anime every once in a while, but bishounen anime are not my thing. I'm really considering cancelling my Crunchyroll subscription if there's nothing I can enjoy this season.

I thought it was second? The Hunter one, I know they're streaming, what else? My point being, we've heard all this and that about Funimation and Sentai's grabbings, but Crunchyroll's been pretty down to the wire for new shows this season.
Sorry to sound impatient.
Oh right, Squid Girl 2. I figured it was more of a new season than a new series. My bad.

Yes, people only tuning into the roll-out this week might be a squiddle behind the curve.
The girl shows are normally cute boys doing cute things cutely, would this be cute boys doing cute things, boyishly?

I'm more into bishoujo then bishounen so I will not be watching this one, but I am happy for the fans of these types of shows.

Well reviews are opinion based so I don't see why people would bitch about it. If someone doesn't like it thats fine just as long as they don't give me grief about loving certain series.
I do agree about the whole you don't know whos talking cause even I didn't know at points. Also Shin's eyes were all cross eyed it was distracting.
At least I got through the first episode without pushing the "x" on my tab's button half way through. So its already a thousand times better than Lucky Star.
Overall I'm liking it so far even though it is sorta slow. I wish Shin would cut his hair though he looks like a chick unless he is and he is a trap. xD
