I'm confused as to why Robin and Nami action figures are being packaged with the body aimed at the young male...oh, right.
This just seems do damn weird because I'm used to thinking of AXE as just another big brand thing (whose product is notable for I believe accurately recreating the sensation of being suffocated by exhaust fumes) in America and it's bizarre seeing it in conjunction with a Manga series I love. |

ugh... I really don't like axe. Its something that only a -young- teenage boy should be wearing --I liked it well enough as a teenage girl but ugh... its so gross when I smell it on men.
Its too bad they didn't pair up the figures with something nicer, but I guess Axe needs all the help it can get. |

So 1. I guess this is ONE way to get the masses of unwashed otaku to start thinking about personal hygiene. Can't help but think, though, that they'll buy the product for the One Piece goodies and throw away the actual product without use. "You can lead a horse to water..."
And 2. Why don't WE ever get cool gimmicky things like this? I'll admit to not being a fan of Axe products, but I like the idea. Who says just because I got older that I no longer want a toy to come with my meal? BTW: #2 is kinda rhetorical. I think we all have an idea why anime-related products wouldn't do too well in the states. Still, tweak it some and it might still work. Star Trek/Star Wars/Firefly themed laptops/cell phones? Hitchhiker's Guide themed bath towels? Dr. Who themed screwdrivers (wait, those exist). |

I would buy this for my husband in a heartbeat. Awesome! I'm so sad we don't get the cool things. Ah well... It's still "Old Spice" brand body wash for him! Mmmmm... smell so gooood! Not as good without Luffy on the bottle though....
