Zone of the Enders....on PS3?

I don't care if it's a HD port. This picture still has meaning:

And people say I never post anything happy or positive...

!!!! Zone of Enders II!!! God the motion was soo fluid in that game. It was art in motion. I have never found a game like it sense. I really wish that the series had continued. I will be downloading this the first day its out, and hoping if it does well they will make another one!

Consider me extremely jealous. Hopefully, they make a deep devotion to Metal Gear a prerequisite to attend the lectures.

No disrespect to Final Fantasy, but I'm not sure another PS2 game pushed the graphical limits of the system farther than 2nd Runner. I played a lot of PS2 and I don't recall a game that pushed the system harder the ZOE 2. It still floors me that we haven't gotten a new ZOE game for PS3.......

Has a Japanese game developer ever lectured at a US university before?

That's cause the storyline ended on ZOE 2. I think they were better off instead of draging the series unlike what some other franchises.

Though they could have made a remake of ZOE: Fist of Mars GBA game for the PS2 as well as a remake of the original Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 , like how they did the twin snakes for the Game Cube as konami's swan song for the PS2. That would have been a great way for a PS2 finale.

Either way I'm glad ZOE is getting the HD treatment. It's one of the best mecha games EVER!! Why? The graphics were great for both games , and most importantly their controls NEVER EVER SUCK which unfortunately has dogged other mecha games.

Hopefully it may mean that the two anime series will get a license resuce.

Josh: I dunno about lecturing or game developers, but Isao Takahata did a radio show for USC when he was promoting a screening of Only Yesterday in L.A.
