I'd be curious to read some documentation on how marriage registry works in Japan. It's pretty interesting.

I just want to point out that having seen both Kamen Rider Ryuki and Dragon Knight, linking them together is not how this news post should have read.

Dragon Knight was an american adaptation that Ayano Sugiyama had nothing to do with (aside from the fact that when it was taken to Japan, she might have dubbed a voice, I honestly cant remember right now).

The overall plots of both shows, while maintaing some small similarties, are completely different. In fact, Ayano Sugiyama's character doesn't have an equivilent in the American reversion.
