Was the Beck manga ever released in the States? I really loved the anime, and I'd love to see more detail on the band's tour in America.

Yes tokyopop is the one releasing it in the states and the american tour starts in volume 12, volume 10 is where the anime ends and diverges a bit

Awesome, thanks for the info. It seems they've released up to volume 12 (13 comes out next week), I'll check Borders and see if they have it (if not, I can always get it online). I was worried that this might be one of the manga titles cancelled that people have been distressed about, but I guess not.

No it doesn't. Tokyopop ceased publication of Beck this summer. Volume 13 has no release date.

Woah, sounds like a really good read! I can't wait to read that. I got to follow the manga through a friend who knows how to read Japanese, and we're just waiting for the last volume. It's an amazing story.
