Please don't forget to add Super Smash Bros Melee, my favorite fighting game all time and Double Dash .

I don’t need to pay over 200 dollars for that Fire Emblem game? Amazing.

Also, everyone needs to play Wind Waker, it’s so peak.

Oh I'm sure they won't forget Melee. Knowing Nintendo though, they're probably just trying to figure out how to charge more for it somehow. (also to be less cynical, it probably is them working on how to make online multiplayer work)

I finally get to play Chibi Robo and Pokémon Anime hyper! By the time I started to get left over games missing from my GCN library, most of them had gone over $100 USD. still managed to get Ikruka and Pikmin 2 for under $100. Hopefully they add Kirby Air Ride before the sequel comes out because I only managed to rent it.

Glad I have Wind Waker HD on the Wii U.

I am disappointed that they are releasing only the original as the upgraded version had a few worthwhile features such as Hero Mode that makes it worth it.

It had SO MANY quality of life additions. The Swift Sail letting the wind always be at your back and giving you double speed saved SO much time when sailing. I loved finding people's bottles in the ocean, too.

Hope they add Twilight Princess HD. Really confusing why it was never available on Switch.

No you just need to pay whatever Nintendo wants you to pay for NSO every month, every three months, or every year.

…..The game was already on the GameCube, and Wii, why would it had been on the Switch?

And I say that fully aware of the fact that Donkey Kong Country Returns was released on Wii, 3DS, & Switch.

Exactly. Companies love subscriptions because they can keep you paying for less than releasing a product. Why make a port when they can get you to pay for ongoing access? It won't happen just yet because there are only 3 Gamecube games on there, but expect the price to go up because they have "added so much content and value."

The other thing that gets me is that the Gamecube games will only be accessible through Switch 2. Same with the story DLC for stuff like Kirby. They saw the interest and decided it was a way to push people into buying a whole new system.

This is exciting! While I wish it was something available on the Switch 1 as well, I'm still happy that we'll have the chance to play GameCube classics on a modern system at all. I'm very much looking forward to playing Pokemon Colosseum and Gale of Darkness, which I never did play as a child, as well as Fire Emblem Path of Radiance which I only played a small bit of but never completed. I also hope to see titles like Harvest Moon: Magical Melody eventually, if anything to play without needing to set up my system to play my own copy.

So they have finally started adding GCN games. Given how expensive a lot of them are, this is good value for money.

Sure if you overlook the fact as mentioned you’re “renting” these games as opposed to owning them and depending on how much you like these games enough to keep resubcribing to NSO. You may wind up spending more money playing these games than how much a physical copy of Path Of Radiance alone will set you back.

I hope they add the original Twilight Princess. Don't know if TP HD changed things like Wind Waker HD did but I'm glad the OG Wind Waker hasn't been erased from history in favor of the HD version.
