I was wondering where episodes 7 and 8 were, so it's nice to know it's coming out on Thursday and we don't have to wait too long for it. I've watched all 6 released episodes so far and I really like it. It's not quite as strong as the anime, but it's definitely a worthy adaptation of the manga in its own right. Interesting that they decided to spoiler[hold back the Goro and Sarina scenes to flashbacks in episode 7, instead of opening the show with them,] but I think it works for this adaptation.

I thought the changes to Tokyo Blade worked quite well. spoiler[Changing it to a TV Drama makes sense if they were gonna cut down on the actors involved in the to just Aqua, Akane, Kana, and Himekawa]. I also thought the story changes to Tokyo Blade from the way the story was portrayed in the manga and anime were brilliant because they specifically changed it in order for the plot of Tokyo Blade to mirror the plot of Oshi no Ko. Massive spoilers for the end of Oshi no Ko incoming. spoiler[It’s now a murder mystery, just like how Oshi no Ko is a murder mystery, they mention changes to the backstory of Aqua and Akane’s characters in Tokyo Blade to be twins who claim their reincarnations of Amaterasu, like how Aqua and Ruby are reincarnated from Goro and Sarina, and it even ends with Akane’s character from the TV Drama actually dying, to foreshadow that Aqua is going to die at the end of Oshi no Ko.] So I thought it was really interesting and made the changes work quite well
