Ok, i think i know where this is going:
Henry Cavill as Sven Daniel Quinn-Toye as Pidge John Kim as Keith Rita Ora as Allura Sterling K. Brown as Hunk i mean it seems to make sense, especially if they want to differentiate themselves from Legendary Defender and be more faithful to the original show (Pidge being a dude and Allura being White) |

The director said they weren’t going to use any of the original characters, calling it “a new generation of pilots.” So we have a legitimate Emmy winner here with Brown, next to Rita Ora. Talk about contrast. I would like a plot summary sooner rather than later. |

If they’re trying to distance it from anything, it’s Legendary Defender, and its insane fan base and ultimately poorly received final seasons. Can’t have arguments about Keith, Lance, and Shiro if they aren’t in the movie.

I really dont know why they are even bothering to call this a Voltron movie if it is basically Fanfic The Movie with multiple OC's. Even that extremely shoddy Legendary Defender show still tried to do the original premise with a more modern twist.

Thanks, though honestly i could still see Cavill and Brown playing older versions of the Sven and Hunk guiding this new generation. |

Sven is supposed to be Norwegian, him being asian was only in Legendary Defender. And Cavill is old enough to play an older version that mentors the new generation of pilots. |
