At least it's being honest about the subject matter.

Man, this art is kinda awful. Not in a body shaming sort of way, but I honestly looked at that key visual and thought the girl on the right was giving us a side view of her pregnant belly. And in the character art the black haired girl looks like she is sagging from major weight loss, which wouldn't be a bad thing, but that's clearly not what the art is trying to portray (I'm actually not sure what it's trying to portray, that she's wearing really baggy sweats I guess).

I can't for the life of me figure out how this site stays afloat. Sure it's pretty much the porn version of Crunchyroll but I don't need a 6 figure income to prove I'm not a horny, lonely loser because apparently that's who they think their services are for (horny, lonely losers WITH 6 figure incomes).
This sounds like bashing, but the real price tag on the content you get is beyond outrageous. They have to hide the fact you're paying in $ (or whatever) by using these deceptive tickets. Basically the smuttier the more tickets you need. Merely censored or cleverly hidden naughty shows came out to about $1 / minute. $1? so what? Yeah that will run you about $300 for a typical 12 episode anime series. Each series on there has a combined run time of about an hour. But if you purchase just 5, bam! $300 bucks down the drain (and no physical anything to show for it, just a pile of sticky tissues).
Well I guess that's how they stay afloat, by ripping off horny anime fans.

Imagine being this angry and this incorrect lmao.
The vast majority of the anime WWWave/AnimeFesta has has been releasing since their inception has been no longer than 8 episodes with each episode being 7 minutes or less, only their first 5 or so series were 12 episodes long and still those were 5minute episodes. According to Coolmic's current pricing and ticket system each episode is 50 tickets ($5) and if its an 8 episode series thats 400 tickets to buy making it $40 to own the entire series digitally. I agree $40 for an 8 episode anime with 5min episodes is not a great value but where in the hell did you get $300? Even doing the 12 episode estimate thats only $60... Also the ticket system is not deceptive its pretty straight forward what youre paying for and what the cost per ticket is plus this is literally how every pay-per-chapter manga/manhwa/webtoon services operate, this is very much an industry norm.
I've only barely used coolmic myself and dont love the video player for their anime but they also make the majority of their money from their manga since they're one of the biggest hubs of erotic BL, TL and other erotic manga that women and queer people consume. When it comes to the digital space its basically them and Renta running the same lucrative operation for target audiences who don't have many alternative options since the overwhelming majority of erotic manga/manhwa/anime is for straight men.

I don't know whether they lowered their prices but I recall paying more than $5 for 50 tickets. Nevertheless, the pricing you quoted actually confirms the per minute rate is $1. When I said $300, I made it clear I was talking about 300 minutes of content (twelve 25-minute standard episodes or five entire coolmic series at about 1hour runtime each). I stand corrected that they are actually only about 40 minutes each.
Plus that standard content I was referring to is physical media. You usually get bonus content, artwork and a physical product that you can touch. And usually the price tag for that is less than $60 for a full series. You might argue the content on coolmic is not standard, it's value added with explicit, titillating animation. I still don't think it justifies the price. Especially with your so-called "industry standard" and the vast majority of its workers can barely survive even though customers are paying through the roof for that "industry standard."

I never justified the price I was just correcting your egregious estimate of $300 a season and as I said this is how it is for pay-by-chapter services whether you like it or not, there's dozens of sites offering content like this and its nothing new hence why its an ~Industry Standard~
