I've seen a lot of comments about this elsewhere saying that it's normal to not pay until satisfactory work is completed, which is a weird response considering the Japanese FTC looked into it and determined that Cover was in the wrong here. And Cover seems to accept that since it paid the late interest. From some other coverage, it sounds like those revisions weren't so much a situation of not getting something specifically ordered, and more things like, "Can you make this move better?" I think that is where the last part of the article is relevant. Vague wording around something subjective is going to cause problems.
