Wow, that's quite a coup. Jump managed to lure away the author of one of Weekly Shonen Magazine's best-selling series ever. I can't help but wonder what happened behind the scenes to make that happen, since usually successful mangaka stay at the same magazine unless they decide to work in a different genre.

Wakui transition to being Jump author of all possible things sounds like a wild fever, considering he worked with Kodansha for 20 years.

Wonder what goes with the editorial of the Magazine at this point and what they trying to make up for missing one of their biggest cash cows to Shueisha, outside of transitioning to be "Weekly Romcom Magazine" even harder.

Apart from MamaYuyu what other series is ending?

I hope that new necromancer series becomes long.

I think "Two on Ice" and "Shadow Eliminators" are next. That leaves "Green Green Greens" in precarious position once they're gone, since it's just above them, I hope it manages to survive and go up before next round of axe.

I agree, the necromancer series looks cool. I'm not sure about bucket head guy and thick thighs girl, but I'm willing to give it a shot, and since I dropped Tokyo Revengers and heard bad things about its ending, I don't trust the author too much, so most of my hopes for the new trio are concentrated on Necromance.

Astro Royale was pretty boring and by-the-book, to be perfectly honest. A bloated 61 pages without a whole lot going on.
