I wish the author a speedy and complete recovery.
MahoAko has easily worked itself into the top three, probably tied for number one, of ongoing manga that I'm currently reading. It's funny, I held off reading it for a good while because ecchi stuff usually isn't usually my bag. It's usually the lack of character, or to paraphrase Utena/Baiser: "your lewdness lacks story". MahoAko has that character. I'll eagerly be awaiting its return. |

Same as above, I never really read ecchi, but this series has something special. It's so goofy and heartfelt that you can't help but love it. I wish the author a great recovery!

There should be specialized healthcare programs specifically for mangaka, funded by the Japanese government. They really burn themselves out at a scary rate.
