Really like the character designs and color of The Idaten Deities Know Only Peace. Didn't know about the anime when it aired, but want to check out both the anime and manga now. Glad the manga was already licensed for English release. I wonder if there's any chance the anime will get an English dub.

I'm surprised it's ending so soon after finally going beyond the point where the original web comic came to a halt. Very curious to see how it wraps up.

The story is honestly really good if you can ignore all the weird sex stuff. I know what that sounds like, but it's true. Laughing

The manga reached the point where the anime ended (which happened to be the same point where the web comic was left hanging) with chapter 57, and there have only been nine more chapters since.

Therefore, I don't think there will be enough material for a second season by the time the manga ends, but it would be nice if they did a wrap-up movie, TV special or OVA. Still, I doubt that will happen, since the show didn't appear to be very successful.

it's definitely in Crunchyroll limbo. I'm hoping that this and Asobi Asobase gets a physical release as well.
