They were originally meant to air last year but production issues caused them to be delayed. I don't recall if it's been mentioned since.

Yeah, what an absolute clown.

An anime and manga that both ran for 15 years each, have an on-going sequel series and has consistently been reported to be TV Tokyo's biggest franchise and thats not even going to how much money it makes Viz or any other foreign entity.

And for the other people asking the episodes were completed and then pulled to increase the quality. There are a few rumours floating around that they may hold off airing them until they have Part II of Boruto ready to air, so as to build hype and lead back into the timeslot; but who knows at this point until Pierrot say something.

Yeah, they’re unfortunately still TBA. Hopefully we’ll get an update sooner than later.

BLEACH and Kingdom Season 5 probably pushed back their plans for the OVA series.

Yeah, I'm calling the BS card on that one. The fact that there was literally no PVs, no key visuals, no teaser images and anything else makes it clear that "delaying to increase the quality" is just a fancy way of saying it was delayed because the production is a mess.

Its not BS, they literally had them on the TV tokyo schedule with episode titles and got pulled a few days out from broadcast. There were screenshots on Reddit and Twitter

There's no correlation at all. First of Kingdom isn't even made inhouse at Pierrot and there's little staff overlap between Bleach and Boruto/Naruto's staff.

Those "screenshots" were already debunked. Someone made them up.
Officially nothing was released.
