The character designs certainly are jarring as compared to the source material, but I just want the fights to be well animated.

Looks a bit like Heavenly Delusion/Tengoku Daimakyou if you ask me, which is not bad

The animation looks great, the voice cast sounds great...though Hibino's design still throws me off.

character designs are good and fit the manga's art style lol

First of all, you're wrong. Second of all, just look at Mina Ashiro. Does she look anything like her manga design?

she does look still like her but in a different aspect which is good nevertheless and that's what is matters , it doesn't have to be exactly like the manga's art.

Even if the designs are a little different compared to the manga, the tone of this PV, musical score, and voice cast are more than enough to give me hope for an amazing adaptation. Fingers crossed.

I am really really looking forward to this adaptation because the manga is very exciting with its cool action choreography and its endearing characters.
I hope IG does justice to it.
