"Anna?" Is that a stage name or might she be biracial? Or did her parents just want her name to stand out?

I once read somewhere that 'Anna' is actually a Japanese name and has its own kanji.

I've always been under the impression that most Japanese VAs are using stage names.

How is this manga content wise? Anime (and manga) can often start off with rated Pg or PG-13 content and then hard swerve into R-rated territory. Disney + has a pretty strict PG-13 ratings cap and with them getting into anime I wonder if there will be any issues. Using SAO as an example, it started out as typical PG-13 fair and then went pretty hard into R-rated territory (I remember it getting rebranded on netflix as a TV-14 to TV-MA at some point)

The manga had ended and I followed it until the end, so I can safely say that contrary to first impressions, it's actually very light on both gore and fanservice. There are some scary images, but IMO content-wise it does suit Disney's tastes.
(This is assuming the animation studio sticks to the aesthetics of the manga and doesn't come up with their own weird stuff.)

I read an article that this anime would directly streamed on the Star service in Japan, which is content Disney but reserved for mature audiences. In that case, I can expect this anime to be streamed on Hulu on the US and Star on Europe and Asia.
