This looks pretty promising. Fingers crossed that it won't be affected by any delays with the current situation...

Well if they can't record the dub since California is in lockdown, I hope they will at least give the world the series early subbed, along with Trigger's BNA.

as Makoto "Edamame" Edamura, the self-styled "Japan's greatest swindler" who makes a living running easy cons on well-meaning elderly and innocent travelers.

Hopefully, this is not stealing all the elderly's savings. Usually, if you are making a movie or novel about conman that is a comedy, the supposed good conman are only preying on those who deserve it.

But if he is robbing the elderly and the innocent of their savings, he has to go down by the end of the show. Show won't be that funny if there are no lessons learned or a denouncement.

I like that they are releasing in weekly batches instead of all at once! Really, I thought both recent viewing by me on Beastars and Castlevania REALLY killed any type of discussion because many people/places I visit to comment all watched it at once. At least this way, we can absorb some of what the series offers and have more discussions of it overtime than the 'all-at-once' schedule(course that's just Japan sadly =0<)
